Hayes Scott Bonino Ellingson & Guslani, LLP, has immediate openings for qualified candidates for associate attorney positions to assist in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters including insurance bad faith and coverage. Prior litigation or judicial clerkship experience is preferred.
Training And Mentorship For Litigation Associates
At many firms, newer associates are banished to doc review to “pay dues” before graduating to more hands-on casework. Our firm strongly encourages and supports associate development so they can attend court hearings and depositions. Highly motivated associates can play a significant role in preparing for trial.
Associates work closely with supervising partners, receiving on-the-job training and mentorship, developing their litigation skills, and taking on more responsibility as appropriate. There are no bureaucratic limits on associate growth.
